Sales Training

Practical training that improves how your team finds, runs and closes conversations.

What it is

Part of Training & People. Delivered inside your subscription alongside every other service.

Marketing generates the conversation; sales decides what happens next. Most sales teams were never actually trained, and most training they did get was a day of theory. We run practical sales training built on your product, your customers and your real deals: how to open, how to run a discovery conversation, how to present, handle objections, follow up and close, and how to keep the CRM honest.

Training is delivered in workshops and then reinforced on the job with call reviews and coaching, because the change happens in the weeks after, not in the room.

Questions about sales training.

Is this generic sales training?

No. The modules are standard sales disciplines; the content is built on your product, your buyers and recordings of your real conversations. That is what makes it usable on Monday morning.

How long is the programme?

Typically a series of half-day workshops over a few weeks, followed by four to eight weeks of coaching. We scope it to the team and the gap.

Can you train people who are not salespeople?

Yes. Account managers, consultants, founders and anyone who has to ask for a decision benefit from it, and the material is adapted for them.
